Collect Stories
- Took notes while asking my Dad over the phone about working on networking at the Federal Reserve Bank where he recently retired from. I’d like to draw out a diagram with him and help him find anything he has related to the work at home.
Explore Datasets
- I already had an account for NYC Open Data and a bit of familiarity from working on a project Chaosphere earlier this year with ITPers for NYC Data Week’s Data Through Design.
  - I referenced my notes on the process for references to:

- I started lookin for data sets with gender and ethnicity data and found this one first for NYC Leading Causes of Death
  - This gave me an example for how to filter, what the possible race/ethnicity categories are and also how they treat things like gender.
  - Q: How is race/ethnicity and gender be categorized by a death certificate, who decides?
